Disneyland Paris celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year, and Europe’s number one tourist destination has invited 1,000 children to enjoy the resort on 6 June, 2012 with ELA charitable organisation in commemoration of this symbolic milestone. The children met their favourite characters, discovered the Disney 20th Anniversary Celebration Train, and enjoyed a range of shows and attractions to their heart’s delight! The celebration was particularly memorable through the presence of many French celebrities who are also patrons of ELA, such as Zinédine Zidane, Muriel Hurtis, Louis Saha, Jackson Richardson, Michaël Gregorio, Grégoire, Mickaël Miro and the cast of the hit French television series Plus Belle La Vie. The celebrities accompanied families throughout the day. Around 1,000 outreach events are organised every year thanks to the dedication of the Disney VoluntEARS and more than 100 local, national and international associations.
